Biobest acquires Agronologica Unip

Biobest have announced the acquisition of Agronologica Unip. The company has served growers in Portugal to roll out biocontrol programs since 2016.

The acquisition will allow enhanced access to Biobest’s technical expertise, product portfolio and optimized logistics. Biobest will also invest additional resources to strengthen the Agronologica organization. Biobest Sistemas SLU based in Almeria will cooperate closely with Agronologica and provide key management support. A name change to Biobest Portugal will take place reflecting the integration of activities between Agronologica and Biobest.
